A Wide Mat of Indigo Sakiori: Beautifully Even Rag Weaving

This very handsome, super subtle, wide and long piece of rag weaving is done entirely in indigo dyed rag yarns. 

The weaving is tight and the color is rich and beautiful.

The true blue color of this length was hard to capture in photography and the images here do not do justice to the indigo color of the actual mat. The warp yarns of black cotton which add a depth of color to the finished, woven piece.

There seems not to be any damage or flaws to this length with the exception of very light wear.

This is subtle and this is beautiful.
