A Weft Kasuri Length: Floral Pattern and Machine Repairs

This is a delightful looking length of indigo dyed cotton egasuri which shows a repeat pattern of charmingly resisted, fairly large-scale flowers.

The cotton cloth is hand woven and has a very supple, heavy hand.  Two machine-stitched repairs are made to this piece, each shown on the accompanying detail photos.

Really nice and slightly unusual.
