A Violet Colored Boro Cloth: Lightweight Cotton

This is a lovely boro cotton cloth which is hand stitched from five pieces of lightweight, commercially produced cotton which has been dyed a lovely pale purple color, and, when observed closely, shows some faint patterning to the cloth which seems to otherwise have faded away.

The beauty of this cloth, aside from its lovely hand stitched quality, is the color story presented here: the faded purple, the rust colored patch and the two other patches that are almost neutral in their cold, blue/grey coloration all combine to make a lovely visual experience.
