A Very Tattered and Patched Kasuri Diaper: Layers and Mending

This is a tattered, layered, frayed, patched and mended piece of indigo dyed kasuri cotton.

Its size and proportions indicate that this was probably once a diaper which makes sense because diapers were textiles last in the long line of textile recycling.
