A Small Daifukucho: Ledger Book #1

This is a very nice, old daifukucho, a hand bound, hand written book which could have originally been used for inventories, for accounting, for ledgers or for record keeping of any kind.

This daifukucho is contains about 48 or so pages in all in all including the back and front "covers," each one written on with hand writing done in sumi or charcoal-based ink.  Its covers are of the same paper as the book. The daifukucho's paper stock is hand made and shows a good deal of raw bast fiber.
