A Length of Patched Hemp Mosquito Netting: Mottled Blue Green Blue Dye

This is a length of woven hemp kaya or mosquito netting: it is dyed a very warm blue-green-blue color and it is worn. 

The overall faded color is slightly uneven and there is some surface abrasion: a beautifully placed patch is a key attribute which adds character to this length. None of these details detract from the rustic charm of the piece, which is great.

The overall color fading adds some nice textural interest to the length and does not distract from its integrity as an old piece of hand woven hemp cloth. Please note the small, rust-colored stain shown on a detail photo.
