Zokin are traditional Japanese dustrags which are almost always made from layered and sashiko stitched scraps of cloth.

This is a very handsome zokin which is sewn from recycled cotton cloth. The sashiko stitching is beautifully executed and is super charming in the way it meanders in mostly 90 angles around the surface of one side of the zokin.  Just wonderful.

A very good looking zokin with lovely stitching.
