This rustic, cotton Indian bag is deceptively simple: look closely to see the utterly fabulous hand stitching--all done by counting threads--that decorates the entire bag.
The shape of this bag is wonderfully odd and is of the type that were carried by men to their wedding ceremonies in the north west of India. By all indications--the joyous, profuse stitching chief among them--we can only assume that this bag is a wedding bag.
The back, front and interior all are marvelous; do have a look at all the accompanying photographs to fully appreciate the wonderful work that has gone into the sewing of this celebratory bag.
