Please note that when new items are posted, we must honor the first-come, first-serve rule: those that click through and purchase an item directly from the site as items are posted usually have the most luck in acquiring the piece. We regret if you e mail a request for the piece and someone clicks through and buys it while you are waiting for a response from us.
SHIPPING POLICIES: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
We use UPS Ground service within the continental United States: for shipments within the 48 contiguous states, shipping and handling fees are $10.00 per parcel.
NB: For shipments within the 48 contiguous United States, each UPS Ground parcel will be issued a tracking number and progress on each shipment can be traced. We rely on UPS' tracking system to confirm if a package was delivered to a client: UPS provides a time, date and place of delivery for each package. Sri will honor UPS' tracking confirmation above all: if UPS has confirmed the time, date and place of a delivery, Sri will not be responsible for replacing the merchandise or refunding of money to the client if the package is misplaced or stolen from said delivery location after delivery has been confirmed in the UPS system.
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico we ship via United States Postal Service Priority at an additional $12.00 to the sale price.
International shipments are handled by the United States Postal Service Express Mail Service at an additional charge of $35.00 to the sale price. Parcels to Canada are shipped using Express Mail Service and are charged an additional $25.00 to the sale price.
For international clients who request using First Class Air Mail instead of Express Mail Service, please know that you will do so at your own risk. First Class Air Mail does not provide a comprehensive tracking system and therefore Sri will not be and cannot be accountable for tracking a package to its destination. It has been our experience that the length of time from our facility to your international destination varies greatly: clients have received first class packages within days of shipment out while others have waited up to two months for a delivery. If First Class Air Mail is the stipulated method of transfer by a client, we cannot be responsible for damage or loss: we will not refund in either case, unless the client has stipulated insuring the package for its actual value.
For international clients, please know that the USPS will not insure a package for more than its declared value.
Weekday, weekends and holidays, orders usually ship out within three days of the next business day. Orders taken on a weekday ship out within three days of payment. The maximum delivery period is 30 days.
PLEASE NOTE: IF A CLIENT WITHIN THE CONTIGUOUS 48 STATES REQUESTS SHIPMENT VIA USPS INSTEAD OF UPS GROUND SERVICE, THIS WILL DELAY SHIPMENT OF THE ORDER. TRIPS TO THE POST OFFICE ARE NOT REGULARLY SCHEDULED, THEY ARE GROUPED AS NEEDED THEREFORE AN ORDER VIA USPS MAY TAKE TEN DAYS TO SHIP.
