-Please note that when new items are posted, we must honor the first-come, first-serve rule: those that click through and purchase an item directly from the site as items are posted usually have the most luck in acquiring the piece.

-if you put an item in your "shopping bag" this does not "hold the piece" for you nor does it guarantee you rights to the piece.  Several people can have the same item in their shopping bag at the same time.  The item becomes yours once you have paid for the piece and have received confirmation of such.

-We regret if you e mail a request for the piece and someone clicks through and buys it while you are waiting for an email response from us. 

-We will not hold any New @ Sri items for clients during the week they are newly posted to the site.

"NO RETURN" POLICY
As we aim to represent our products as accurately as possible in photography and by written description, please contact us by e mail or telephone with any additional questions prior to purchase: once an item is purchased through this website, the sale is final. We do not accept returns.

NOTE: SALES FOR WHICH ITEMS REMAIN UNPAID FOR FOR 30 DAYS AFTER INVOICING WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELED.  

If you are interested in paying for an item over time we are happy to arrange a monthly payment schedule.  For this service we request to be paid by personal check or money order each month the payment is due: we will not accept Paypal or credit card on monthly installments. We will hold the item until it is paid in full and will ship out upon completion of payment.
