Boro Garments

The boro, or 'ragged' patched and mended garments offered here are mainly work garb, used by men as well as women and by farmers, lumberman, fisherman and the like; generally these garments are made of indigo dyed cotton primarily, however there are examples in asa, or bast fibers woven from plant fibers such as ramie and  hemp.
